Tiling Backgrounds
I made a few leopard print tiling backgrounds using Gimp. I started a Tumblr blog and I wanted a new background for the layout so I made a purple one. Then I grey scaled it and colorized it making a few different colors. If you would like to use any of them go to this page and right click save it to your computer. Here a sample:
I just checked and my File Den.com account is online again. According to their Facebook page they are working on the site and all this downtime will stop in mid August. I'm looking forward to that!
My web host is back on and my file host is down. This is weird. I sure hope File Den isn't down for 2 months again. Once again the message: "Sorry dreamingbanshee. It looks like your account is undergoing
maintenence. Please check back later and contact technical support if
this message is here for more than a short amount of time." It's free, but still.
I have a couple of other file hosts, I think I'll use one of them on Whimsical Artistry. Of course my morphs and png sets are still available at ShareCG.
I checked the webmaster's support forum and Zymic has announced that web hosting is down but everyone's data is intact and hosting will resume as soon as possible. Like I said in my previous post it took about two days the last couple of times this happened. I really hope they get it back on sooner, I hate to lose a visitor!
My web host is down again. This is the 2nd time this month. I have had my site on this host for over 3 years and this is very unusual. It happened last month too. Both times it took Zymic about 2 days to fix it. I posted about it on the support forum, a couple of other users also reported this problem, but so far no one from Zymic has replied. I checked their Twitter and no Tweets either.
This is so aggravating! I just joined Web Ring and I have my sites in several rings there. I have joined several more top sites and now I get a few visitors every day. This isn't helping, any new visitors might not return.
I joined Tumblr today. I've tried to join in the past because there are blogs there that I would like to follow but the create account has never worked. Today it worked and I signed up. When I tried to log in I got a message "Account Terminated contact support to find out why. I emailed them and they apologized and fixed it right away.
I'm going to use it if I feel like writing something. Right now I'm getting to know how it works, and how to use it. Here's the url:
